Choose a format that fits your question — a live video or live chat session billed per minute, or a personal recorded video/text reading delivered within a set window (24 hours, 2 hours, or 1 hour depending on the option). All of it happens in the Cosmic Wave app.

Recorded readings start at $10. Live video and live chat are billed per minute, between $0.99 and $5, set by each advisor. A Candle Light Prayer is a flat $30.

Student advisors have 0–4 years of experience; Master advisors have 5 or more. Both go through the same application and review process — the label is about experience, not trust.

A monthly subscription is optional. Plans range from $5 to $15/month and grant monthly reading credits that accumulate if unused — you can always pay per reading instead if you'd rather not subscribe.

Every advisor submits a public profile, personal details, a payout method, and a five-minute test reading — all reviewed by a real member of our team before they can take their first session. Nothing goes live automatically.

You can request a refund from within the app up to 7 days after a session or delivered reading, and our team will review it.
